As business owners, we often get so caught up that we forget to take care of ourselves. To protect from burnout, stress and fatigue, I need to be reminded daily to “put the oxygen mask on myself before assisting others.”

For those who know me, this list doesn’t necessarily fit my personality. I am not quite as Zen as the contributor of this article, however I do believe all of these suggestions to be important and am personally trying to find ways to implement these strategies into my everyday life. I know that when I am consistent with self-care, that it is reflected in all aspects of my life.
